Wafer butterfly — robust HVAC & water-distribution workhorse
MT wafer butterfly valves (series 5114 GOLD) are universally flanged for ANSI 150, DIN 2576/2502 and EN-1092 (PN6/PN10/PN16). Body forged in nodular cast iron GGG-40 (ductile iron) with epoxy paint RAL 5013 coating. Closing disc in AISI 316 stainless steel (ASTM A276) and elastomer disc seat EPDM Shore 70 (or NBR) per EN 681.
Face-to-face per EN 558-1 series 20 (API 609). Direct mounting pad ISO 5211 for actuator / gear-operator interchange. Working temperature -10 °C to +120 °C (EPDM) or -10 °C to +80 °C (NBR). Maximum working pressure: 1½″–6″ 20 bar / 300 PSI; 8″–12″ 16 bar / 250 PSI; 14″–24″ 10 bar / 150 PSI. Three actuation configurations: hand lever, manual gear operator (5114MR), and bare-stem (51140) for actuator coupling.
